A group of students from Peking University Wu Zi arrived at BSU to study the peculiarities of the logistics system of Russia, deep immersion in the socio-cultural environment, acquaintance with the history and traditions of our country. The organization of the Summer School involved not only teachers, but also students of the International Faculty of BSU.
The program included lectures and practical classes in the Russian language and logistics, diverse excursions, thematic master classes, as well as a country interactive vacation prepared by BSU students.
Of particular interest among young people was the lesson on painting a traditional matryoshka and the intellectual quiz "What do I know about Russia?"
"We have prepared questions of different complexity for the guys. Students from Beijing competed in knowledge of the main symbols of Russia, recalled significant historical milestones, guessed famous architectural monuments and demonstrated an understanding of the intricacies of traditional Russian crafts and cuisine. It turned out, for example, that Chinese students are well acquainted with our traditional kvass - it is widely represented in the PRC, and almost all participants tried it. At the end of the quiz, the guys received memorable sweet prizes.
Going out into nature, which our guys prepared, was the final and bright point of practice. We played the traditional "Zhmurki," "Brook," "Forged Chains," alternated Russian fun with modern sports entertainment - both teachers and students had fun from the heart. Welcoming the leaders of the Chinese delegation Zhang Zhigang and Han Zhonggang, and. about. Vice-Rector for Research at BSU Lyudmila Sanina emphasized the importance of such visits: "Cooperation between our states is developing dynamically. This Summer School is another important step in strengthening friendship, cultural exchange and mutual understanding between young people!"
During the meeting, Lyudmila Valerievna turned to foreign colleagues with a proposal to conclude an official cooperation agreement between BSU and Beijing Wu Zi University, which will open up new horizons for joint academic and scientific projects.
The internship officially ended: all the guys received certificates of language practice and go home with vivid impressions and new knowledge.
