REAC - Regional Employment Assistance Center for Graduates of Higher Education Institutions is a structural subdivision of BSU, that helps young specialists in employment and professional adaptation to the new conditions of the job and labor market.

Digital career environment "Facultatus"

Facultatus is a multi-functional online platform that helps to establish the graduate employment process and build relationships between universities and employers.

A number of digital services have been created on the platform. Among them are services for the formation of personnel reserves, job search and internships, which carry out registration for events, recruitment of young employees, a job fair, as well as professional development or additional training courses and much more.

This is where any student or graduate can find their first job.

For the employer - it is an opportunity to cooperate directly with the University on the issues of employment of students, practical training and internships of students, to find an applicant for a vacancy according to the necessary parameters.
