The organizers are: Baikal State University, Irkutsk Society of Friends of Mongolia, Union "Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Eastern Siberia," Museum of the History of Irkutsk named after A. M. At the ISU site, the 17th meeting of the Russian-Chinese working group on high technologies and innovations of the Subcommittee on scientific and technical cooperation of the Russian-Chinese commission on the preparation of regular meetings of heads of government was held.
