Human Resource Management (HRM) is concerned with managing people in organizations in a structured and thorough manner. Human resource managers deal with staffing, employee compensation and benefits, defining/designing work.
The course concentrates on applying employment and labor statutes of the Russian Federation to hiring and firing staff, transferring staff to other positions. The course teaches basic social and psychological principles of working with staff.
Students will learn to apply projective techniques, performance reviews, training, and testing.
