One of the outcomes of the business trip of Baikal State University
representatives to China was the signing of a memorandum of cooperation with
Shandong Women's University (Jinan, China).
Vice-Rector for Research and International Activities Vladimir Sinichenko,
who represented BSU at the meeting with Chinese colleagues, told about the
nearest prospects of relations development. These will be academic exchanges of
teachers and students, development of new double degree programs in tourism and
linguistics. BSU will welcome the first group of students from the Celestial
Empire in the summer of 2025.
As part of the exchange of experience, Prof. Vladimir Sinichenko gave a
public lecture on “Russian-Chinese relations in the period of formation of a new
world order” at Shandong University of Political Science and
Law.
