The orders of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation approved decisions on the issuance of diplomas to applicants for academic degrees:
Baikal State University took 14th place in the ranking of Russian universities implementing educational programs in the field of State and Local Government.
On May 21, the election of the rector was held at Baikal University. Three candidates who have passed the certification in the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation applied for this position.:
