When applying for admission to a higher education institution (in Russian), a foreign citizen provides the following documents:

• Passport with visa (for countries with visa regime) or identity document of a foreign citizen in the Russian Federation;
• The original migration card and the detachable part of the notification form for the arrival of a foreign citizen at the place of stay (if available);
• Medical certificate in the form 086-u (for those entering full-time (evening) and part-time forms of education – medical certificate of passing fluorography);
• Insurance policy (if available).

All translations into Russian must be made in the first and last name indicated on the entry visa.

Visa processing is carried out after filling out the application form, submitting it to BSU Department of international Affairs (it is allowed to submit it by email) and receiving an invitation from the University, on the basis of which the study visa is issued.

The documents are accepted during the year.
