From January 29 to February 2 the International Youth Winter School CIRP-2023
on “ The Arctic in the Era of Global Change” was held in Veliky Novgorod. The
school was organized by Center of International and Regional Policy (CIRP) with
grant support of Gorchakov Public Diplomacy Support Fund, MGIMO, Russian Foreign
Ministry and a number of other organizations.

Baikal State University, the only one from the Irkutsk Region, entered the
top 50 of the universities of Russian Federation, ranked 24-th in the efficiency
index in the educational activities of universities.

First intercollegiate concert has been held in BSU
First intercollegiate New Year’s Concert took place yesterday in the
cultural and leisure center “Khudozhestvenny” (Художественный). It was held at
the initiative of the Media Center and the Center of creativity of Baikal State
University.
