Mikhail Vinokurov will be awarded with the title of "Honorary Rector of Baikal State University"
Today, the Academic Council of Baikal State University, at its extraordinary meeting, approved the honorary title "Honorary Rector of Baikal State University”. The title will be conferred upon former rector of the university, Doctor of Economics, Professor Mikhail Vinokurov, who has been managing the university for 27 years and greatly contributed to its scientific, educational and logistical development.
