Cards are accepted for payment: VISA Inc, MasterCard WorldWide, UnionPay When paying the order by a bank card, the payment is processed on the authorisation page of the bank, where you need to enter your bank card details:

If your card is connected to the 3D-Secure service, you will be automatically redirected to the page of your card issuing bank for authentication. Specify information about the rules and methods of additional identification in the bank that issued you a bank card.

The security of Internet payment processing via the bank’s payment gateway is guaranteed by an internationally recognized PCI DSS security certificate. Information is transmitted using SSL encryption technology. This information is not accessible to unauthorized persons.

Tips and recommendations on the necessary security measures for payments by a bank card:

1. Keep your plastic cards safe, just as you would keep your cash. Don’t forget them in the car, in a restaurant, in a shop, etc.
2. Never give your full credit card number over the phone to any person or company.
3. Always have the emergency phone number of your card issuer at hand and contact the bank immediately if you lose your card.
4. Enter the card details only when making a purchase. Never enter them for any other reason.

Procedures for the provision of services

The contract concluded for education comes into force from the moment of its partial or full payment.

Tuition fees for programs of higher and secondary vocational education are approved annually by decision of the Academic Board of FSBEI of HE “BSU” not lower than posted value by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation (Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation of June 27, 2011 No. 2070 “On approval of the procedure for determining of standard costs for the provision of public services and standard costs for upkeep of property of federal government agencies of vocational education, to relation of which the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation implements the powers and authority of the founder”).

Terms and procedures of payment with students is governed by Regulation on the arrangements of payment.

Refund of tuition fees

In case of termination of the educational contract, you may receive a refund of part of the amount you paid. For refunds please contact the International Relations Department at +7 3952 50-00-08 ext. 129.

Safety assurance

Your bank card data is guaranteed to be protected in accordance with PCI DSS security standards. The card data is entered on a secure bank payment page; the information is transmitted using SSL encryption technology. Further information is transmitted through closed banking networks with the highest level of security. The 3D-Secure protocol for VISA and Mastercard and the EMV 3DS (Mir Accept 2.0) protocol for MIR cards are used for additional cardholder authentication. If the card issuer supports this technology, you will be redirected to its server to enter additional payment details. For EMV 3DS (Mir Accept 2.0) there may not be a separate page for entering additional information for payment confirmation in case of automated card issuer side authentication.
