A postgraduate student of Baikal State University Svetlana Permyakova was
among the winners of all-Russian competition “ I am an ambassador of
Rosmolodezh. Grants “ and has received training from the Russian federal
government’s agency for youth affairs in Moscow.
The Russian federal government’s agency for youth affairs has got more than
250 applications from 62 Russian regions. As a result of the expert commission
assessment, 100 grant competition winners from 49 Russian subjects joined the
community “Ambassadors of Rosmolodezh. Grants“ ( Амбассадоры Росмолодежь.
Гранты). They were trained in early December.
Svetlana has managed to enter the three ambassadors from Irkutsk region,
which will educate young people in the field of obtaining and implementation of
grant support in the future.
The purpose of the training was to create a community of people, promoting
the grant competition and its possibilities.
As a part of the training were held:
- a lecture “Leader transformation”
and a workshop “New leadership” by the creative agency IKRA,
- Taking part
in the platform of ambassadors at the forum of civil participation WEARETOGETHER
(МЫВМЕСТЕ)
- a lecture “Community building” by first president of the alumni
association of the Moscow School of Management Skolkovo Vladimir Voloshin.

a meeting with an actress Elena Borshcheva and a host of the show “ Such a movie
“ on TNT channel Andrey Rodnoy.
“After 3 days of intensive training every ambassador went to his region with
accumulated knowledge and skills to share valuable information with like-minded
people in their regions and republics” - noted an Associate Professor of the
Department of Constitutional and Administrative Law of BSU Svetlana
Maksimova.
