A solemn ceremony dedicated to the birthday of Baikal State University took place yesterday at the Cultural and leisure center "Khudozhestvenny", was celebrated with rich traditions, a forge of economic personnel of the region.

For the first time in honor of the holiday, the collective of the Baikal State University Creativity Center prepared a musical about student, in which were involved more than 100 people. The audience, among which were teachers and students of BSU, could watch the performances of vocal, dance and music groups. In the hall of the Centre, was organized a photo zone especially for the holiday, where everyone could take a picture for memory.

At the ceremony, the rector of Baikal State University Viktor Ignatenko awarded a special scholarship to eight of the best students of the university who gets A's and B's.
