BSU delegation consisting of and. about. Vice-Rector for Research and International Activities Lyudmila Sanina and Associate Professor of the Department of Management and Service Daria Khlebovich paid an official visit to Ulan Bator. The trip, aimed at developing international cooperation, was full of career guidance and business meetings.

As part of the event "Days of Inspirers and Thinkers," organized by Rossotrudnichestvo, representatives of BSU told more than 300 Mongolian high school students about the possibilities of studying at the university. The presentation was held in three languages, linguistic support was provided by graduate student U. Zandansuren. The director of the Russian House in Ulan Bator, Valeria Kilpyakova, thanked the BSU team for their creativity and handed over a letter of thanks to the BSU rector, Professor Oleg Gribunov.

An important part of the program was a meeting with the Mongolian Association of Graduates of BSU under the leadership of Professor B. Boldbaatar and the signing of a cooperation agreement in the field of joint scientific projects and conferences.

Particular attention was paid to a visit to Etugen University. Its founder, academician S. Nyamzyagd, who defended his doctoral dissertation at BSU in 2002, personally presented the university campus. The parties signed a roadmap for interaction until 2030, consolidating long-term plans for the exchange of experience.

The visit ended with negotiations with new partners: Chairman of the Knowledge Society of Mongolia S. Khash-Erdene and Vice-Rector of Orkhon University D. Boldbaatar. Joint research in the field of economics and jurisprudence was discussed.

"Russia has close cooperation with Mongolia. This year marks the 105th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations, the 50th anniversary of the Russian Center for Science and Culture in Ulan Bator, which was opened by our graduate Yu. Tsedenbal, and the 45th anniversary of the joint flight into space of the USSR and Mongolia. The older generation honors the traditions laid down in the Soviet years and gratefully recalls their studies in Russia. Top 3 areas of training demanded by the youth of Mongolia today: economy, management and international relations. All of them are successfully implemented at our university. I am sure that our work today in Mongolia will give a new impetus to the educational and scientific activities of the university," said Lyudmila Sanina.
