The Manchurian Institute of Russian Language of Inner Mongolia University is a long-standing partner of Baikal State University. At the meeting, colleagues from China once again confirmed their plans to implement the partnership program until 2032 and discussed with the BSU administration the possibilities of exchanging delegations of students and teachers.

According to Li Chuanjin, director of the Manchurian Institute of Russian Language, Baikal State University is an important strategic partner in the field of linguistics.

“We would like to expand cooperation and consider the introduction of new educational programs in 2025. According to our estimates, cooperation with BSU is the most productive,” said Li Chuanji.

Acting Rector of BSU, Doctor of Law, Professor Oleg Gribunov emphasized the importance of Russian-Chinese relations: “More than 240 students from different provinces of China study at our university. Our cooperation will only grow stronger. We thank you for business and already friendly relations”, - Oleg Gribunov added.
