Dear professors and students, I sincerely congratulate you on the beginning of the new academic year! September 1 is a holiday, which is the starting point of an exciting journey into the world of knowledge and discoveries. It is a day of new meetings and friendships, new perspectives and targets! The Day of Knowledge is celebrated in every family, because it is a holiday that unites all those who teach, mentor and educate, and those who learn and discover new and unknown!

This is a festive day for the university professors who help students to master theoretical and practical knowledge necessary for their future profession. I wish all the teaching staff creative strength and understanding of the importance of the tasks we face.

And, of course, my special congratulations to our freshmen. You have made a big step into adulthood, now it is important to show hard work and commitment. Interesting discoveries, intense student life, opportunities for self-expression in various directions: sports, creativity, science, social life are awaiting you. I hope that studying in our university will help you to open up and make you high-class specialists. I wish you to pass the way to graduation with dignity, dear friends!
