International Department of Baikal State University held a party for students dedicated to the Defender of the Fatherland Day. Dean of the International Department Anna Litovkina congratulated the men on this important holiday for our country.

International students showed their sports skills and ability to be defenders. The participants measured their strength in sports contests - push-ups, arm wrestling, twisting and rope jumping; proved their marksmanship in dart throwing; showed their creative abilities in the art contest.

But not everyone was successful with the traditional element of men's costume - only two students elegantly tied a tie.

The event ended with a quiz "What do you know about the Day of the Defender of the Fatherland?" in which the participants showed brilliant knowledge of Russian culture and history. The winners of the contests received well-deserved prizes, and the students and teachers had a good time.
