For international students studying at the International Faculty of Baikal State University, a movie "The Caucasian Captive or Shurik's New Adventures" was shown at the Khudozhestvenny. According to the organizers, this will allow students from China and African countries to better understand Russia, its mentality, traditions and humor.

After watching the popular movie by Leonid Gaidai, a quiz was held for the audience, as well as fun contests based on the movie. The students had to make a speech (with a glass of lemonade), pack a sleeping bag and dance a lezginka. The most active foreign students received prizes and made one more step towards learning about the country where they study.
