A master class on self-development strategy was held by the "Your Move" project at Baikal State University.

The fall round of the all-Russian student project "Your Move" started in Irkutsk on September 1. Since our university entered the top-50 universities of Russia in educational activities - it is the only university in Siberia, which became the site of the regional stage of the project .

Representatives of the "Your Move" competition held a master class on youth policy. The purpose of the masterclass was to study how students' experience of participation in such projects and events can help in their future employment and career. Any student could participate in the master class.

During the master class, the students were introduced to all the opportunities of the project "Your Move" - learned about special projects of the contest, internships for participants, contest tracks. In addition, the students received individual consultations on youth policy issues that concern them, participated in a discussion on "How to find your personal development strategy", learned how to write a CV and had public speaking practice.

"I liked the organization and implementation of the master class, the speakers accessibly and interestingly explained the essence of youth policy and what a student - activist should be. There should be no stereotypes in it. There were really useful interactives, which will be useful in the future", - shared his impressions Ilya Ivlev - the third year student of the Institute of World Economy and International Relations of Baikal State University.
