According to the project, in the first half of the academic year, schoolchildren and community college students will be able to participate in the educational marathon "Become a Professional - Be on the Move! Schools and community colleges throughout the Irkutsk Region will be able to join the event, including online.

The project will be implemented together with partners - the Youth Personnel Center, the Fund for Support and Development of Entrepreneurship of the Irkutsk Region "My Business" Center, the Union "Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Eastern Siberia (Irkutsk Region)".

The project team has a systemic task to contribute to the formation of a new generation of qualified specialists from among potential and current students, who after passing the educational marathon will consciously choose educational programs, build their own trajectory of professional development, as well as find opportunities for further self-realization in the enterprises of the region or start developing their own entrepreneurial project.

The most significant results of the project will be the students' awareness of their opportunities and prospects for their future profession, motivation to choose professions in demand in the regions, career modeling and preparation of students to start their professional activity.
