On July 11, the first vice-rector - vice-rector for science of BSU Oleg Gribunov in a solemn atmosphere handed diplomas to post-graduate students who completed their studies at Baikal State University. Diplomas were awarded to graduates in the following majors: economics, law, technical sciences, linguistics and history. Among others, a citizen of the People's Republic of China - Huang Yuxing, who studied law, also received a postgraduate diploma.

"I express my confidence that you all will not be satisfied with just this teaching-research diploma, but will work on your PhD thesis. Today you are in favorable conditions because you can get a post-grad degree within the walls of your home university. You know that we have a dissertation council for legal sciences, resumed the dissertation council for economic sciences. In September, the technical council will start working," said Oleg Gribunov.
